Just Bridge is a registered credit provider (NCR Number: NCRCP6302) offering consumer microloans and managing collections on arrear microloans, in accordance with applicable South African legislation, including but not limited to:
To apply for a loan with Just Bridge, you must be at least 18 years old, a South African resident or citizen, and provide accurate and complete information as part of your application.
All loan applications are subject to affordability assessment, credit vetting and approval at the sole discretion of Just Bridge, in accordance with the NCA and our internal credit policies.
Where a loan is approved, the specific terms of that loan, including the principal amount, interest rate, initiation and service fees, and repayment schedule, will be set out in a separate written credit agreement and quotation provided to you in accordance with the NCA. Interest and fees charged will not exceed the maximum prescribed under the NCA and its Regulations.
You are responsible for making repayments in full and on time, in accordance with your credit agreement. Repayments are typically collected via debit order from the bank account nominated by you.
Should you fall into arrears on your loan, Just Bridge or its appointed agents may contact you to recover the outstanding amount, in accordance with the NCA and applicable debt collection legislation. Just Bridge will follow the debt enforcement procedures prescribed under the NCA, including any required notices, before initiating legal action.
Just Bridge reports account and payment information, including arrears, to registered credit bureaux in accordance with the NCA. This may affect your credit profile and your ability to obtain credit elsewhere.
